All orders from Tea Blends by Lan, LLC are subject to our shipping policy, outlined below. If you have any questions about our shipping practices, please contact our dedicated support team at support@alanasapothecary.co.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Tea Blends by Lan, LLC offers shipping to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). 

PROCESSING HOURS

We process orders during our normal business hours (10am to 5pm, 7 days a week).

Because we do not want to overproduce our product inventory, all orders are made as they are placed. With that being said, unless it is stated otherwise, please give us a minimum of 2 business days to process your order. Orders received before 12PM EST are usually shipped on the same day.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.

CARRIER RATES AND SHIPPING WINDOWS

Tea Blends by Lan, LLC has multiple shipping rates depending on the shipping method chosen (Standard Shipping, First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express). The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. These delivery time frames are determined by the USPS or FedEx, so please understand that once we ship your item, the corresponding carrier is responsible for the delivery time based on their guidelines. Also, please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order. Our shipping options utilize third-party services (Shippo.com) to calculate shipping costs based off of the least expensive carrier available. If you choose our Standard Shipping option, you are consenting to have your package delivered to you by USPS, UPS, or FedEx and you understand that delivery timeframes and rates may vary from carrier to carrier.

Shipping rates may vary from item to item due to the utilization of third-party shipping automation services through Wix.com used to calculate shipping rates at checkout. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.​

 When your order has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you can check in on the delivery of your order. If you don’t receive this email in a timely fashion, please reach out to us at support@alanasapothecary.co

  

RETURNS

At Tea Blends by Lan, LLC, we strive to do all that we can to produce quality products, services, and customer care. When a product or service is not right for you, we will do everything in our power to steer you in the right direction. With that being said, if you feel unsatisfied with products purchased, please reach out to us at support@alanasapothecary.co to find out what choice is right for you. Certain exclusions may apply to your situation, so please read below to make sure you find the right method of return for you!

​14 DAY RETURN WINDOW

Discrepancies including, but not limited to, tampered or broken packaging, missing items, stolen items, and broken items must be brought to our attention either immediately or no later than 14 days after your package’s delivery date. Photos of damages, descriptions of missing products, and a screenshot of your receipt must be submitted via email to support@alanasapothecary.co in order to begin your refund process. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email, followed by the discrepancy that occurred in regards to your order (i.e. “Order No. 99999, Missing Items”).

For all other returns, items must be in their original, untampered and undamaged packaging. Refunds in this regard will only be issued for items that are in their original and sealed packaging. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of product purchase; any requests made after the 14 day window will NOT be processed. 

EXCHANGE AND CREDITS SYSTEM

We are unable to accept requests to exchange items at this time.

We do not have a store credit system for returned items in place at this time, so we are unable to provide store credit for items ineligible for refunds.

REQUIREMENTS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

We do not accept items that have been tampered in any way including but not limited to: items that have been mixed or blended with anything by the customer, broken seals on any items being returned, partially used products, and products that are not in their original packaging.

Unless it is at the fault of Tea Blends by Lan, LLC, we are not responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with returns. All qualifying refunds will be made through a PayPal or Square account associated with Tea Blends by Lan, LLC. 

All requests and processed refunds will be handled in the order that they are received.

If you are deemed eligible for a return, we will send an email with the return address. 

If we receive products that were not processed in the appropriate manner adhering to our Return and Refund Policy, you will NOT be eligible for any type of return or refund connected to said product. ​
